Cant get rid of ads!!

When you click on No ads you are offered a chance to upgrade, but are not given any guidance.

So I bought the Lite version, and when that did not get rid of ads I bought the Pro version. I still get the ads in a Pro version?!!? Ive never seen that before, and there simply is no help available.
